Virgil attended the University of New Orleans where he majored in Psychology with minors in both Biology and Mathematics. He serves as Senior Broker for 3rd Millennium and is our London markets qualifying intermediary. He is responsible for identifying and negotiating markets and programs for the firm's inventory.

Kimberly was formerly a Trainer/Consultant for Vertafore Solutions, a premier insurance software development firm (AMS360, Platform, ClientPortal, PL Rating etc.). She is responsible for maintaining our agency management systems’ content and workflows. Her duties also include Customer Support, with a focus on timely case resolution, customer relationship building, and improving overall customer experience. She is skilled in conflict resolution and de-escalation protocols.

Angela adds a diverse skill set to 3rd Millennium. With a degree in Paralegal Studies, and a license as a Workers Comp and Property Adjuster, and certifications as a nursing assistant, she gives our client a better perspective as to loss exposure when claims are imminent. Her skill set is likewise important in developing safety protocols in advance of policy implementation.

Josie Rama has been working as a Customer Advocate full time in the BPO Industry since 2009, handling both inbound and outbound calls. For the past 12 years, she has been a Customer Service Associate and Technical Support Associate. She has also been a team leader for Customer Service Associates, responsible for training them and making sure they provided the best service to customers.

Her role at 3rd Millennium is to find out what the customers want, but more importantly to help them figure out what they actually need. She investigates the types of insurance the customer needs, and then sets an appointment with them.
